How long will it take to receive my order?
Dispatch time depends on the piece and where it ships from, and is shown on the product page and at checkout. Once dispatched, US standard delivery is 3 to 7 business days and express is 1 to 3. Other destinations are listed on our shipping page.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees charged by their country. These aren't included at checkout.
What if my tracking hasn't updated?
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement. If it still hasn't updated after that, contact us and we'll look into it.
Can I change my shipping address?
