1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. They let a site remember things between pages and visits.
2. What We Use Today
We use essential storage, which keeps the contents of your bag, remembers that you signed up to the newsletter, and keeps the site working as you move between pages. We also use Google Analytics, which shows us which pages are visited and how people move through the site. It sets two cookies: _ga, which tells one visitor from another with a random ID, and _ga_NFYWM3GSCG, which keeps track of the current visit; both last two years. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: it sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so it counts every visit without identifying you. Outside the European Union and EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it is on by default. In those regions it sets no cookies until you choose Accept all, and until then it only tells Google that a page was viewed, without cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. Types of Cookies
Essential cookies are needed for the site to function and cannot be switched off. Performance cookies tell us how the site is used. Functional cookies remember your preferences. Marketing cookies are used to show relevant advertising. We will only use the last three with your consent.
4. Your Choices
If you are in the European Union and EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a cookie banner asks first and lets you choose Accept all or Essential only. Everywhere else Google Analytics is on by default. Wherever you are, you can choose Essential only at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page: we remove the Google Analytics cookies and stop setting them, and Google then only receives a cookieless signal that a page was viewed. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working.
5. Third Party Services
Some services we use may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Our payment provider does this at checkout to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. We also load fonts from Google, which means your IP address is seen by Google when a page loads. Google Analytics also receives information about the pages you visit, as described above. These providers have their own privacy policies.
6. Do Not Track
Browsers and devices send Do Not Track signals in different ways and there is no common standard. Since we do not track you across other websites, your browsing here is not affected either way.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy when we add or remove a technology. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
