1. Introduction
Welcome to Petite Wears. The site and shop are operated by Petite Wears LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of petitewears.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who Can Order
You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you enter.
3. Use of Our Site
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only, and in a way that does not infringe anyone else's rights or interfere with how the site works for other people.
4. Products and Availability
Every style is made in a limited run and may sell out at any time. We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary, so slight differences between the photo and the piece you receive are normal.
5. Orders and Payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a piece is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund you in full if we do. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes charged by their own country.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Dispatch times vary by piece and destination and are confirmed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full rates and timings are on our Shipping Information page.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with their tags attached, as set out on our Returns & Exchanges page, which forms part of these Terms. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30 day policy is offered in addition to that right and does not replace it.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, text, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to Petite Wears or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
9. Your Content
If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you keep ownership of it and you give us permission to use, display and share it in connection with our brand. You confirm the content is yours to share and that it does not break anyone else's rights.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the site to commit fraud, submit false information, interfere with its security or operation, scrape or copy content for commercial use, or resell our products as new without our consent.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the order you place is governed by the Terms in force at the time you place it.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Petite Wears LLC is formed. Nothing here affects your right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, if the law of that country gives you that right. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
